Hsumao Industrial Co., Ltd produces safe and useful soap dispensers and shower heads with an appealing design. Our company was founded in 1980’s, and started in 1990, we have our own product design team to develop our soap dispenser and shower head with not only utility and durability, but also in great style to enhance our products performance in both quality and design.

With almost 30-year developing and expanding, we look forward to cooperating with more clients from domestic and foreign markets.

Facility

Hsumao Industrial Co., Ltd is located in Taichung, Taiwan. Our office and factory are on the same site. Our office size is 600 square meter including our sample show room. Our factory size is 3300 square meter; this provides us sufficient working space from in-coming material inspection to in-line assembling and to storing.

Our factory: Factory space is organized by our production to shipping process, each area with clear indication sign showing which purpose it is for.
Our office: It is an open space that facilitates efficient communication among each departments and makes it easier to accommodate our clients’ demand.
Our showroom: All our products are displayed inside our showroom; our visitors can review and test on the items they are interested with our sale staff by the side to provide any assistance if required.

After Sales Service

Hsumao provides efficient and professional after sales service. We provide 1-year warranty from the date product is purchased, this includes free maintenance and replacement (exclude consumable parts) during the warranty time. The warranty service is limited to the first hand buyer; therefore, please keep the invoice/receipt of your order. Replaced and repaired product keep the same warranty deadline, no extension or renew on warranty time.

Product Package

Simple and stylish package design provides well protection for the product inside and clear product image outside the box. Each set comes with instruction manual and installation kit including screws, anchors, adhesive tapes and silicone.
