Ready to create a customized dispenser? Follow our streamlined process to get started

Step 1 - Inquiry

Please send us an inquiry via email. Our team will respond within 24 hours.

Step 2 - Discussion

We will thoroughly discuss your requirements for the customized dispenser before proceeding with the design.

Step 3 - Design Development (1 month)

Design takes approximately 1 month and incurs a design fee. Based on our discussions, we will propose 1 to 3 design options.

Step 4 - Design Confirmation & Quote (1 week)

Once the design is approved, we will provide a complete quote. This includes mock-up costs, molding costs, and product costs.

Step 5 - Mock-Up Prototype (2~4 weeks)

Allow 2 to 4 weeks for the mock-up process. Upon design approval, we will proceed to create a mock-up sample.

Step 6 - Molding (2~3 months)

Molding takes about 3 months. After mock-up sample approval, we will proceed with molding and create a final sample for your approval.

Step 7 - Production

Production takes approximately 1 month. Upon final sample approval, we will start the production process.
