Customized Design Look With Homepluz Soap Dispenser Bottle and Pump
For customers who like to build their own customized dispensers with refill cartridges, we would recommend for dispenser core using our refill cartridge systems and existing pump, and focus more on the dispenser housing design, this can help customer saving molding investment on new pump for customized project like this. The customized dispenser developing process from discussion to production may take up 3 ~ 6 months depends on the project complexity. Please continue to see below for customized dispenser process step by step and our customized project example.
Customized Dispenser Design to Production Process
Discussion
Before proceed to design, we would fully discuss with customers for their market requirements, their ideas or concepts in mind (if any) for this new customized dispenser, the size they need, and if any special functions required for this dispenser, etc.
Design
We will proceed to design based on the information during discussion stage, and would propose 1~3 draft designs to customers (depends on customer’s need), and do further modifications on the design based on customers’ feedback until design if finalized and approved by customers.
Developing
We will proceed to prototype building by finalized design and send to customer for review. And once prototype is approved, we will proceed to molds. After molds are done, will do trial injection and send injection sample to customer for final approval before going production.
Production
Once trial injection sample is approved, then we can go to production for this customized dispensers
Non-Disclosure & Mold Keeping Agreement
For customized dispenser projects, we would sign Non-Disclosure Agreement and Mold Keeping Agreement with our customers. The design and the molds made for customized dispenser are seen as customer’s property. We would not use them for our own interests regardless the customized design go into production or not.
Customized Dispenser Example
This customized dispenser is for O’right who is famous for its natural ingredients shampoo and shower gel, their body care products not only good for our skin but also no harm to the environment.
Based on this green purpose, we work with O’right to develop a customized soap dispenser that speak for their brand with repetitive use feature by using Homepluz existing cartridge and pump for this product. Further, we design the dispenser cover by its unique bottle shape that reminds user of their regular shampoo bottle to enhance brand image.
In 2019, this soap dispenser was even selected by Presidential Office Building for a tourism project name “Spend A Night @ Taiwan’s Presidential Office Building”, they are now installed in the guest room in the Presidential Office Building.
