Customized Dispenser Design to Production Process

Design Idea & Complete Drawings

Upon receipt of customer’s product design or drawing, we will review and provide our feedback on customer’s design and see if any further adjustments required before proceeding to mock up or molding process.

Developing

We will proceed to prototype building by customer’s design and send to customer for review. And once prototype is approved, we will proceed to molds. After molds are done, will do trial injection and send injection sample to customer for final approval before going production.

Production

Once trial injection sample is approved, then we can go to production for this customized dispensers.

Non-Disclosure & Mold Keeping Agreement

For customized dispenser projects, we would sign Non-Disclosure Agreement and Mold Keeping Agreement with our customers. The design and the molds made for customized dispenser are seen as customer’s property. We would not use them for our own interests regardless the customized design go into production or not.

This client is professions in hospitality industry in the United States, they like to develop a commercial use dispenser for hotel use with a disposable soap cartridge system for quick and easy maintain by housekeeper staff. They came to us with this idea but without design, they hope to design a dispenser housing for their disposable cartridge.
